Ken hails from the great state of Colorado, a true native, a graduate of the University of Colorado (BA, Economics), and has been involved mainly with residential real estate for over 40 years. He has also sold land, apartments and multi-family properties. After a short stint in banking and construction, Ken joined RE/MAX in the mid ‘70’s and has weathered all sorts of real estate markets from the crazy 18% interest rates of the mid 80’s, the regional economic slump of the late 80’s, the go-go market of the 90’s. the financial meltdown of the early 2000’s, and the crazy sellers market that we have been experiencing in the last 5 years. He has a wide range of experience with all types of property ($50,000 to $8,000,000), has been one of the top agents in his office over the years, and has received various sales awards including Denver Board of Realtors Roundtable, RE/MAX 100% Club, RE/MAX Platinum Club, and RE/MAX Hall of Fame (Lifetime RE/MAX honor) with over $170,000,000 in sales since 2000 alone. Nicole was born into a family of multigenerational Colorado land Brokers. As the sister, daughter and even great-granddaughter of Real Estate moguls it is difficult not to be a known entity in the local area markets.
Nicole is a proud 6th generation Denver local, Manual High School Thunderbolt, and a graduate of the University of Miami with a bachelor's degree in International Studies and Geography. Her studies and work allowed her to live in colorful (and warm!) places such as Spain, Brazil, Miami and Key West, FL, which has given her a rich perspective on the power of the Colorado Real Estate market and of what makes Denver and all its neighborhoods special.
Before jumping into residential real estate, she first practiced city planning, helping governments plan for the future, and helping developers plan a variety of projects from multi-family to retail and industrial properties. Nicole has also designed, renovated, and managed three 1920’s homes that she runs as Airbnb’s. Since joining RE/MAX of Cherry Creek, Nicole has built a client base of happy Buyers and Sellers from Aurora to the Denver Country Club, Cole and Westminster with a wide range of clientele from first time home buyers to investors and everything in between, with property values from $350,000 to $4,000,000.
When she isn’t working Nicole is an active sunshine seeker, connector of people, adventurer, landlord and property investor, cultivator of experiences, active step-mom, environmental advocate, swim school coach, and dance partner!
